  • Affordable Cost: The cost of an au pair averages just $1580 per month no matter how many children you have.  Also program fees can be eligible for reimbursement by a Dependent Care Flexible Spending account (DCFSA)
  • Help with Household Chores- Au pairs can assist with household chores related to the children including meal prep, laundry, and room clean- up.
  • Flexibility- Au pairs can work up to 45 hours /week, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
